Do you still have this hardware? I'd like to see pciconf -lv for the em
devices, and have you retest on 12.2-RELEASE or 13.0-RELEASE.

Yes, we still use this hardware, I updated it to 11.4 and I plan to migrate to
version 13 but because this is a rather critical network node, we will carry
out migration in the summer.
